Job Description
Now hiring for a **Junior/Entry-Level Shipping Clerk** to support day-to-day inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment processes with a small team in San Jose. The schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, paying $22/hr with weekly pay!
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage and update inventory and order tracking using Excel (basic navigation and data entry; no advanced formulas required)
+ Pack and fulfill customer orders across platforms including **Shopify, Zoho, and Amazon**
+ Coordinate domestic and international shipments using carriers such as **UPS, FedEx, and others**
+ Prepare and process international shipping documentation, including **taxes, duties, and customs requirements**
+ Monitor inventory movement and identify trends in stock activity
+ Participate in team meetings and confidently share insights on inventory flow and operational trends
