A highly organized Shipping Coordinator is required to manage and coordinate shipping operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods locally and internationally. Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and vendors
- Track shipments and provide status updates to management and clients
- Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations
