Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and coordinate with factories for fulfilment
- Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation
- Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries
- Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Coordinate with logistics partners on transportation arrangements
- Verify freight and logistics invoices for payment processing
- Maintain logistics records and shipment databases
- Monitor production schedules and shipment timelines
- Support logistics reporting and analysis
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export operations, or sales administration
