Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily air freight / sea freight shipment coordination (import/export)
Prepare and handle shipping documentation and permit declarations
Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shippers, and consignees on operations and enquiries
Plan and coordinate dangerous goods (DG) applications
Negotiate rates with carriers and verify invoices and billing
Monitor shipment status and arrange trucking, delivery, and cargo handling
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Candidates with experience in airfreight / seafreight will have an added advantage.
