Job Title: Shipping Coordinator (ID4720)
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm), Sat (8.00am-12.00pm)
Salary: $2500-$2800
Shipping Coordinator Job Scope (Responsibilities)- Process custom declaration and bill of landing
- Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
- Prepare and check import shipment documents
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, overseas counterparts & vendors
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
- Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query
- On/ off-sites inventory stock take
- Support strategic purchasing request
