Shipping Executive (Full Spectrum Export)
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Days: 5 days & 1 half Sat per month
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.50pm (Mon to Fri) | 8.30am – 12.50pm (1 Sat per month)
Location: Pioneer Sector Walk (Transport pickup at West Area)
Responsibilities- Liaise with Sales team on customer orders, shipment requirements, lead times, and delivery commitments.
- Verify all shipping instructions and review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms (if applicable) to ensure all documentation requirements are met before shipment.
- Arrange vessel bookings (VSL booking) directly with carriers or through freight forwarders.
- Request, compare, and evaluate freight quotations for cost efficiency.
- Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-off times, schedule changes, delays, and rollovers.
- Coordinate cargo readiness, weighing, documentation, and cut-off times.
