Job Description

We are a growing logistics company looking for a Freight Forwarding / Shipping Executive to support our daily freight operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Cross Trade shipments .

  • Coordinate Import and Export shipments and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Prepare and process shipping documents and customs declarations .

  • Arrange haulage and transportation for cargo movement.

  • Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and airlines .

  • Provide shipment updates and respond to customer enquiries .

  • Obtain freight rates and prepare quotations based on customer requirements .

  • Follow up with customers and overseas agents on quotations and shipments.
