An elite international law firm is seeking outstanding Shipping Litigation Associates (0–8 years PQE) to join its market-leading Tier 1 Marine practice in London.

The Role
- Acting on high-value, complex disputes across the full spectrum of shipping and maritime law, including:
- Charterparty, bill of lading and COA disputes
- Shipbuilding, repair and offshore construction disputes
- Marine casualties, collisions, salvage, and limitation of liability
- P&I, H&M and war risks insurance claims
- Advising shipowners, charterers, insurers, brokers, financiers, and energy companies on some of the most significant disputes in the market. <...
