The Shipping and Receiving Lead demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, and strong observational skills while supporting safe and efficient shipping and receiving operations. This role partners closely with management to help develop, improve, and train team members on standard procedures and policies. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This position oversees daily inbound and outbound activity, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and routing of trucks and trailers to the correct destinations.
