What you will do:- Handling daily shipping operations, including inbound/outbound/offshore shipments and local deliveries
- Setting up project shipping and delivery plans by liaising with project managers, purchasing team with understanding of project schedules
- Arranging shipping/deliveries to meet project schedules
- Arranging freight bidding to ensure competitiveness by working with purchasing team
- Working with suppliers to ensure goods are ready for pick‑up as scheduled and getting the necessary information for bookings with forwarders
