Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Accurately process sales on the POS system
- Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt for each sale
- Handle cash properly and record all transactions accurately
- Accurately process refunds and/or exchange items
- Accurately balance the cash register during daily cash‑ups
- Bag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transport
- Provide basic information to customers on products, promotions and/or item location in the W‑IP
- High level of energy and customer‑service oriented
- Establish customer needs and use product knowledge to provide solutions
- Assist management to achieve sales targets
- Ensure stock is merchandised, controlled and managed to the highest standards
