Responsibilities
Strong work ethic and maintain a high level of accuracy
Accurately process sales on the POS system
Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt for each sale
Handle cash properly and record all transactions accurately
Accurately process refunds and/or exchange items
Accurately balance the cash register during daily cash‑ups
Bag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transport
Provide basic information to customers on products, promotions and/or item location in the W‑IP
High level of energy and customer‑service oriented
Establish customer needs and use product knowledge to provide solutions
Assist management to achieve sales targets
Ensure stock is merchandised, controlled and managed to the highest standards
Participate in regular cycle counts and annual/bi‑annual stock take
