Responsibilities
The Shop Assistant will assist the Retail Store Manager with working the floor, managing inventory, and providing customer service. The position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging newly delivered stocks
- Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Sharp, precise and very careful in handling the job
- Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves
- Hardworking and positive in all instruction given
- Responsible to retail selling
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM
- Age between 18-36
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
