Job Title: Shop Business Executive Employment Terms: Annual Contract Location: Nairobi JOB PURPOSE The Shop Business Executive will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and operational excellence of the convenience shop business across the service station network. The role entails overseeing day-to-day shop operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, monitoring sales performance and profitability, and implementing standardized processes to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and consistent service delivery across all locations.
