**Shopper & Channel Development Manager****Major Tasks**- Stablish the Annual Channel Strategy by Sub-Channel- Define the Annual Channel Investment Budget by Customer / Brand- Trade Master Plan Development aligned with Marketing Team- Joint Business Plan Strategy Development aligned with Commercial Team- Develop key building blocks to drive incremental Market Share- Assure positive ROI and Zero-Base Budget mindset- Assure Budget accuracy = above 90%- Active communication with Channel Heads, KAMS and Customers to assure clear sellout accelerators- Constant discussions managing with Marketing Teams to challenge Brand Strategies at Point of Sales- Lead cross functional projects to assure execution of key Retail initiatives- Active role in strategic discussions with a data driven mindset**Skills.
**- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.
