Bath Planet of Arkansas is growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our showroom team as Appointment Setters / Showroom Consultants.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive experience while scheduling in-home design consultations.
Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist showroom visitors
+ Engage with customers and build rapport
+ Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
+ Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
+ Convert walk-in traffic into booked appointments
+ Maintain a clean and organized showroom
