Job Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in clients and provide professional showroom service.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture, FF&E, and interior solutions.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, orders, payment status, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate client follow-up records and update the quotation tracker.
- Support designer registration and discount procedures when required.
- Follow company approval procedures for pricing, discount, payment, and delivery.
- Maintain good client relationships and support after-sales communication.
- Assist with showroom display, product knowledge learning, and sales training.
- Report daily client status and sales progress to showroom management.
