We help customers, architects, and interior designers find flooring that fits their space, style, and budget.
Role Summary We're looking for a personable, well-presented Showroom Sales Assistant to be the face of our showroom. You'll guide walk-in customers and trade clients through our collection, understand their needs, and help close sales while delivering a great in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features — material, weave, pile, durability, maintenance, and pricing
- Take measurements or coordinate site visits for wall-to-wall and custom orders
