Responsibilities
- Construct and erect formwork systems and shuttering for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and dimensional accuracy using detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Assemble and dismantle shuttering components, including timber, plywood, steel, and proprietary systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Precisely measure, cut, shape, and fasten wooden or metal materials using hand and power tools, demonstrating expertise in various cutting and joining techniques.
- Install and secure formwork to support the weight of wet concrete, employing techniques to prevent leaks and ensure structural integrity.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in shuttering carpentry, demonstrating practical application of skills on diverse construction projects.
