The Position
- An Interim Leader of CVOR is needed to provide leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular surgical services.
- Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Key responsibilities include assessing current operations, mentoring a developing director, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols while managing change initiatives across the department.
- The ideal candidate will have strong CVOR leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor emerging leaders and successfully implement change in complex environments. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
