Signaling Maintenance Protégé Trainee (Ref. No. R )
Location: Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia (On-Site)
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic inspections and preventive maintenance of railway signalling systems to ensure operational reliability and compliance with engineering standards.
- Perform advanced fault diagnosis on signalling, electrical, and electromechanical subsystems. Analyse root causes and implement corrective actions to minimise system downtime.
- Lead and execute repairs or replacement of defective components-including circuits, relays, control modules, trackside equipment, and communication interfaces-while applying engineering best practices.
- Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities comply with railway safety regulations, engineering codes of practice, and operational procedures. Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to PPE and safe work requirements.
