Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12
• Certificate in Management/Leadership
• 5 years experience in the Grain Industry with knowledge and experience in:
  (a) crop estimates
  (b) testing and grading of grains
  (c) fumigation
  (d) customer liaison and
  (e) supervisory practices
• Understanding of basic financial management principles
• Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
