Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document functional business requirements from relevant stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business users and delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
- Support analysis of end-to-end processes related to core systems and operational workflows
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and change requests
- Support testing activities, including test case preparation and user acceptance testing
- Participate in project and change initiatives related to system enhancements
- Provide functional support and clarification during implementation and post-delivery phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong functional business analysis background
- Experience working with core enterprise or investment systems
