Job Description

Dematic is hiring a Simulation Engineer for one of our hubs—Grand Rapids (MI), Atlanta (GA), Plano (TX), or Milwaukee (WI)—offering a hybrid schedule blending on-site collaboration and remote work. This role involves building and evaluating simulation models that contribute to the invention of automated and material-handling systems before they are implemented. You’ll convert data into relevant insights, support project and customer decisions, and assist in delivering solutions that improve both performance and reliability. Success in this position comes to those who enjoy solving sophisticated problems, analyzing data, and partnering across teams to produce practical, high-impact outcomes.
