The Outpatient Department is recruiting for band 6 Senior Sister/Charge Nurses to join our highly motivated team to provide high quality and professional services for patients. The successful applicant will contribute to the smooth running of the service, as a visible and effective clinical leader and in managing a nursing team and orthopaedic. The role of the band 6 is predominantly concerned with ensuring the delivery of high standards of patient centered care ensuring the cost-effective use of resources. It combines clinical expertise, leadership and educational/research skills with managerial and professional responsibilities.
The post holder will have responsibility for the day to day management of the Outpatient Department.
