Khao Aur Khane Do is expanding in Bangalore!
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to identify, negotiate, and secure prime QSR locations across the city (and nearby KA clusters). You know Bangalore’s *high-footfall corridors* and can close leases fast—with clean commercials and airtight handovers.
Preferred Background (big plus):
- Multi-site expansion experience with QSRs like Domino’s, Burger King, McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Taco Bell, Wow! Momo, or similar multi-unit brands in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities (Bangalore-focus):
- Location Scouting: Build a site funnel across Koramangala, HSR, Whitefield/ITPL, ORR tech parks, MG/CBD, JP Nagar/Jayanagar, Sarjapur Rd, Malleshwaram, BTM, Hebbal/Yelahanka and top malls/high streets.
- Market Research: Analyze footfall, daypart demand, delivery radius, parking, metro proxi...
