In this role, you will maximize manufacturing system efficiency by leveraging advanced automation technologies and fostering a culture of operational excellence and people development. Through strategic leadership, the Site Automation Manager will ensure the highest standards of equipment uptime, safety, and business value, supporting digital transformation and talent growth.
