- Plan daily and weekly tasks while supervising foremen and subcontractors to ensure work follows correct procedures and meets quality standards.
- Verify site layouts and inspect structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure compliance with Shop Drawings.
- Perform material take-offs for ordering, inspect incoming materials, and manage machinery/tools to ensure sufficiency and readiness.
- Prepare progress reports (Daily/Weekly) and report obstacles or issues to the Project Manager.
- Supervise operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the technical teams, project owner, consultants, and designers.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil Engineer - At least 2 years of experience in construction
