MBSS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to support and oversee our construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with main contractors, and lead workers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations, including workers’ attendance, performance, training courses, and work discipline.
- Lead and guide workers to ensure projects progress smoothly and resolve any hurdles on‑site.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines are met.
