- Champion Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance, fostering a culture of Goal Zero and zero harm.
- Ensure site compliance with HSSE regulations, including management system implementation, WorkSafe and EPA audits, and assurance activities.
- Maintain emergency response readiness, including procedure reviews and equipment testing to current standards.
- Lead and develop your team, promoting inclusive leadership and strong employee engagement.
- Oversee training and competency development for site operations staff.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in safety and risk management.
- Lead asset integrity planning and execution across capital and maintenance programs.
- Liaise effectively with third-party providers and our Joint Venture partner.
