Description
- Coordinate and manage all on-site activities to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact between contractors, clients, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any incidents or issues.
- Oversee and maintain accurate project documentation including schedules and budgets.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of site personnel as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in site coordination or related roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills; effective communication; ability to manage multiple tasks
