Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with our company and outside truck teams and ensure all company goods are promptly delivered.Ensure that site has sufficient stocks for delivery and coordinate with relevant team to arrange for re-stock.Assist manager in managing site workers, including truck drivers, wheel loader/excavator operators and general workers.Coordinate with personnel involved with vessel / barge shipments coming in port.Ensure all processes of incoming shipments are taken care of.Assess truck repairs and maintenance needed for our trucks and equipment (wheel loader / excavator),Require going on-board Mother vessels / barges to inspect goods before discharging and handle other matters as per requirement.
