Job Purpose
To manage design, estimation, and execution of industrial projects for seed industry plants, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review CAD drawings (layouts, modifications, as-built drawings).
- Prepare BOQs, quantification, and estimates for projects.
- Verify site measurements and contractor bills.
- Maintain working knowledge of market rates for materials and works.
- Manage end to end project execution across multiple plant locations.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to standards.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and progress.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in industrial projects.
- Strong industrial project exposure (seed / agro / manufacturing preferred).
