A leading company in the sector they operate in is looking for a Site Director to lead the site Senior Management Team with the primary responsibility of delivering or exceeding the agreed P & L ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for all the site’s functions.
Scope of work
Working with the COO and divisional Senior Management Team to contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices. To effectively control and manage the site SMT in the delivery of their set objectives, ensuring client requirements are always met. To deliver improvements in working practices to ensure the company stays at the forefront of the industry.
