An exceptional opportunity to join Spanance as a founding senior leader, driving the creation of a next-generation sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Portugal.
We're seeking an experienced pharmaceutical leader with:
• 10+ years in pharma, biotech, CDMO, or regulated manufacturing
• Proven experience leading greenfield projects, site start-ups, facility transformations, or major capital projects
• Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across engineering, operations, quality, and executive teams
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale organizations from the ground up
