Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily site works for civil and structural activities.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labour for smooth execution of work.
- Liaise with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.
- Report daily site progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Quality Control
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and material deliveries.
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
