Job Responsibilities
- Manage document and drawing submissions, ensuring updated versions are distributed to clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate site activities, resources, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with method statements, quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct project risk assessments, review construction drawings, and monitor progress through regular meetings.
- Oversee procurement, material usage, inspections, and maintain accurate site records and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants and handling change orders.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in building or civil construction projects.
- Strong skills in site coordination, project risk assessment, and construction documentation.
