About the role:
McConnell Dowell is seeking a driven Site Engineer to join our Dunedin team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience across construction delivery while contributing to the success of complex and challenging works.
As a Site Engineer, you’ll work closely with Project Engineers and Supervisors to coordinate on-site activities, manage technical documentation, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate site engineering activities, temporary works, and scheduling.
- Support the preparation of construction programmes, inspection plans, and quality records.
- Provide technical guidance to supervisors and interpret engineering drawings for field teams.
