Job Description
Oversea the site execution, manage QA/QC documentation and safety standards
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Implement the project's Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), conduct routine site inspections, and ensure all materials (., concrete, steel, ballast) comply with project specifications. Drawing & Specification Compliance: Interpret complex engineering drawings, BOQs, and structural schematics for viaducts, tunnels, stations, or trackwork. Verify line, level, and alignment on RCC and structural works. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), material testing certificates, and daily progress reports. Defect & Snag Management: Identify construction gaps or defects, issue corrective action directives to contractors, and track them until resolved.
