Responsibilities
- To manage, coordinate and lead a team of consortium partners
- Ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with the contract documents.
- To plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes resource allocation, manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and assist in cost control.
- Liaise closely with Employer, Superintending Officer & RSS Team, Partnering Companies, Sub-contractors and relevant authorities in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliance issue to achieve smooth completion of projects.
- Liaise with the Employer’s safety manager in the development of a site-specific safety plan.
