Job Specification
Technical Oversight
: Interpreting technical designs and drawings, providing technical advice and assist/learn how to resolve any issues that arise during construction.Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager. Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues; Cost Control
: Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
