Responsibilities
- Handle the project in a smooth way.
- Arrange toolbox meetings daily.
- Arrange workers for job allocation each day.
- Spot check workers’ PPE quality and arrange replacements if necessary.
- Maintain a good working relationship with workers.
- Generate invoices and collect payments from main contractors.
- Stay with workers in dormitory as needed.
