Job Description

Role Objective

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Site Engineer to join our team at R Square Engineering Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for overseeing on‑site operations, managing technical aspects of the construction project, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Supervision & Management:

    • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations to ensure projects align with technical drawings and specifications.

    • Effectively manage and lead a team of supervisors and subcontractors to maintain workflow.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit accurate Site Reports and Progress Reports on a regular basis.
