Job Description
- Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required
- Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers
- Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
- Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
- Perform Engineering Design and drawings
- Project coordination and documentation
- Perform building/site inspections.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Attend progress meetings.
- Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.
- Submit tenders, material costing, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Great networking abilities.
- Any other duties as assigned
