Job Description
The Site Engineer is responsible for the on-site execution, supervision and quality assurance of civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentations workforce large-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION SUPERVISION
- Supervise daily Solar PV, SPPIF, TNBIF, Transmission Line and BESS construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics to achieve planned targets.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs, while enforcing daily toolbox talks and site safety requirements.
2.QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL
- Implement site QA/QC procedures, coordinate inspections, witness testing, maintain inspection records, and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
