Job Requirements:
- Registered Civil Engineer
- With at least 1-2 years of work experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
- Experience in land development and housing construction.
- Proficient in Ms Office Applications (MS Excel)
- Proficient in Design and Engineering tools and programs (i.e., AutoCad)
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Willing to be assigned in Gen. Santos/Davao/Iloilo.
Job Summary:
- To monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned task is performed efficiently in accordance with the approve plans, specifications, target schedules and acceptable quality.
- To coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss projects concerns and generate reports on progress of work.
