Roles and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily site activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work programs. Coordinate with different departments concerning the site work activities. Work closely with sub-cons, and highlight any work-related matters for the team's discussion and solutions. Supervise works on-site for proper work execution and safety. Handle any engineering/technical issues. Prepare daily progress reporting and maintain records that are up to date. Familiar with and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents. Able to provide budget costs or estimates as per instruction. Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation. Able to look for solutions regarding any technical problems during the tender.
