Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a Site Foreman
- Valid driver's license
- Police clearance certificate
- Relevant qualification (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities
- Manage and lead construction teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Maintain quality control across all aspects of the project
