Site Lean Leader
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum Bonus Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: Onsite, 5 Days per Week
We are seeking an experienced Site Lean Leader to join a leading manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Site Lean Leader to lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and embed a culture of high-performing teams across the site.
As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, the successful Site Lean Leader will be responsible for delivering strategic improvement programmes, cost savings, and operational efficiencies while acting as the site's subject matter expert in Lean Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
