Role Overview
Provide quality logistical support and liaison with rotational staff in area of responsibility which will lead to professional and efficient service delivery to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Roster & Workforce Planning
Develop and maintain staff rotation schedules in advanceEnsure alignment with company policies and operational needsCommunicate and update any roster changes with staff Travel & Visa Coordination
Arrange visas, work permits, and required documentationCoordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transportEnsure travel plans are confirmed and shared ahead of deployment Client & Staff Liaison
Serve as the main contact for site staff and clientsCommunicate deployment details, arrivals, and updatesResolve logistical queries and escalate issues when needed
